  1. Just to confirm it happens with the EVEN PRICIER Virtuoso XT as well, the bluetooth sounds fine though. Further, here is yet another thread about the same issue I'm fairly certain that this is probably an issue with most if not all of the headsets that use ICUE and the people who aren't reporting it either returned them, didn't use icue, or listen quiet enough that they don't notice the hiss.
  2. Same boat here, tried every troubleshooting step available, even exchanged the headset, same problems
  3. Yup, this has been an issue with ICUE and corsair headsets forever, I posted about it back in 2018 with a completely different headset, now I bought the Viruoso SE and the problem STILL exists. I'm fairly certain ICUE will always just be a piece of junk and will continue to make these headsets a worse buy than the other, more affordable wireless headsets. It's a shame because the design and build quality are excellent. Unfortunately ICUE still remains the worst gaming peripheral software out there.
  4. Bumping this thread, please give us something Corsair. :[pouts:
  5. Any updates on this? I think the updated AGESA has been out for nearly a month, and the MSI BIOS looks like it's also been updated... It would be nice to at least get a timeline on this.
  6. I'm sure this is already on your radar, but there is an updated AGESA (AGESA 1.2.0.2) that supposedly will resolve the USB issue. I think AMD will be sending this out to motherboard manufacturers in the next few days. Thanks!
  7. Looks like a new BIOS version for the MSI B550-A Pro was released recently, but it seems like the BIOS for the a7200 is incompatible with that bios... As this motherboard is being affected by AMD Ryzen USB issues, I definitely think it's important that corsair stays on top of providing equivalent BIOS updates until it's solved. Is there a way to manually apply these updates to this system?
  8. Also having this issue with my Corsair Vengeance a7200, uninstalling/disabling icue seems to help marginally but the issues still happen occasionally, especially mouse stuttering. So far no bios tweaks seem to help.
  9. I mean, I don't own any other corsair peripherals, it may be partially an AMD issue, but it *definitely* does not ever occur while icue is removed.
  10. I haven't done a lot of debugging, but I'm having this exact issue on my new Corsair Vengeance a7200 series PC. Basically if iCue is running there's a chance for all my USB devices to cascade disconnect and then reconnect all at once.
  11. Looks like my post complaining about this was removed even, without any notification or explanation... Excellent solution.
