  1. Yep. Old post in 2019, but thousands of dollars later, and icue still has this problem on my 2700X and 3900X. I will not be buying anything from Corsair until I see this fixed.
  2. Yep. Same here, and it has been this way when I had a 2700X. Lesson learned. If they're going to peg cores at 1.4v+ and say it's fine, then I'll just take my business somewhere else.
  3. I think you can only adjust and set custom fan curves if you have a Commander Pro. Try a couple of these steps that have helped me. Go to settings of the Commander Pro and see if you have the correct pin type selected for each fan header. Make sure icue software and and commander pro firmware is up to date. Back into your profile and go to Performance > select fixed rpm and try to move that up or down. If that's not moving, it's probably not the sensors. I think it's just iCue. Also, make sure you don't have any fan control software (e.g., asus ai suite or msi command center) installed. If that doesn't work, uninstall iCue and reinstall.
  4. I don't know too much about macs, but try the native macos beta if you get a chance.
  5. I'd really like to know how to do this too. I'd like for there to be either official corsair long length tutorials on how to create custom lighting effects (FOR FANS). Also, it would be pretty sweet for iCue to have more lighting presets...preferably lighting link ones.
  6. 1.) Realtime monitoring of max/min/current temperatures, cpu usage, clock speeds, fan speeds, and voltages if possible. 2.) Much MUCH MUCH more lighting link presets. Also, it would be nice for a more user friendly interface for custom lighting effects. Seriously, I can't even find tutorials or guides specifically for how to make my own LL fan lighting effect. 3.) The ability to just add a community list of effects. There's only so much heartbeat and visor I can take guys.
  7. I've tried 2 ML 140 Pro (non rgb ver.) on every commander pro header, and also moved it to a normal motherboard header. It's the exact same. All the other LL fans I have are perfectly normal, no buzz sound even at full speed. Also, I'd like to add that the advertised speed on the box says 2000 rpm, but both fans I've tried do not reach that. The first one reached 1790rpm and now this one I think around 1850rpm Let me know if you think this is the normal sound or not please: [ame] [/ame]
  8. What are the fans plugged into? Each Corsair RGB fan should have 2 cables - 1 RGB and 1 fan control. Do you have the Commander Pro? If so, go into the settings and assign the fan headers as the appropriate pin count for each fan plugged in. Should fix it.
  9. I know that you mentioned loud noise/ vibrations, but what does it sound like? Is it just a vibration, or is it accompanied by any tone? The reason why I ask is because I got one ML 140 Pro fan and it is the most obnoxious sound I've ever heard past 1,000 RPM. It's like a coil wine sort of a buzz.
