  1. iCue v3 used to play absolutely fine with Asus software but v4 does not. Sometimes I have to restart the iCue program multiple times just so I don't get a red triangle on my dominator platinum rgb memory while trying to control the rgb on my Asus X570 and 3090 Strix OC. Never experienced an issue once with v3. And for some reason with the latest armory create and iCue v4 the RGB on my GPU is completely bugged, iCue only seems to want to control the very right side while locking up any rgb animation or colour that's on the left. Gotten completely fed up with iCue v4, load of crap and that's saying something considering v3 wasn't great. I've completely deleted the Asus plugins for now and will be controlling the GPU and motherboard manually and so far it's working fine that way.
  2. Fed up restarting icue 4 usually multiple times because the program causes my Dominator RGB RAM animation to lock in place and you end up with a red triangle on the RAM only so that I have no control over it. Exiting the program causes the RAM to resume the animation and then I have to start icue 4 again and hope on the next launch it doesn't lockup the RAM again, may get lucky on the first launch but usually it takes multiple attempts. This was never an issue in v3, not even once.
  3. I also have the issue of icue 4 crashing everytime on startup if it's paired with a hue bridge (square one). A quick way to even get the program to start is just unplug the bridge and icue will start just fine, once in just disable the bridge in the icue settings.
  4. I'm also now getting the red triangle on my dominator platinum rgb memory once I start icue 4 if fully closed, though it doesn't always break on startup. When it does the rgb memory effect will slow down then literally freeze in place, as soon as icue 4 is closed the effect resumes. If attempt to launch icue 4 again it may work fine the next time and I have full control so it's very inconsistent and something I never experienced once in v3 ever. I don't use any other software to control my RGB.
  5. The new 3.37.140 just released is working way better, it's actually letting my CPU sleep and it's now able to monitor the 5950x package temp . Corsair.Service.CpuIdRemote before was using about 1.2%+ constantly, now averages 0.2% to 0.4% usage, way better :D:
  6. Same issue with my 5950X, the Corsair.Service.CpuIdRemote64 is preventing my CPU to idle properly and cause my CPU to idle at around 36c to 40c. If I delete the files quoted in the image above my temps drop to 32/33c immediately and stops massive CPU temp fluctuations. This unfortunately stops the iCue program to increase my case fans speeds based on my GPU temp so the fans stay at a constant speed. So annoyingly I had to restore the files. PC specs in my profile above but here they are just in case. Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Formula (BIOS 3003) Ryzen 5950X PBO Enabled - Corsair H150i RGB Pro XT AIO 64GB Corsair Dominator RGB 3200Mhz Asus RTX 3090 Strix OC 24GB WD Black SN850 2TB NVMe 2TB Windows 10 20H2 19042.685 Corsair really needs to look into this as no other monitoring program I use causes temp issues like this, even my previous 9900k had a similar warmer temp problems at idle because of iCue.
  7. Biggest problem with iCue is the damn corsair.service, it may use a small amount but because it's using a decent amount of the CPU it doesn't let the CPU downclock for long, therefore more power and heat for no reason. This is when the 9900k is at 5ghz, the two corsair services while the program is closed and in the tray is using almost as much as tons of other programs that are running in the background excluding the game running, just ridiculous. iCue while in the tray is the only program that forces my CPU to run at it's full boost clock pretty often, program is just getting bloated unfortunately. I really miss the old Corsair Link, while it doesn't have the functionality for modern devices it ran quietly in the background without hogging my CPU, even when open.
  8. Still an issue it seems, used to work well in the beginning for me but now 90% of the time TD2 is just dark. No white/orange while playing, the best I get is the odd bright green flash from the fans and then all dark again.
