  1. I wanted to chime in here and say that I have same problem with iCue. Contacted Riot, they gave me a few options on how to fix it and none worked. I will be contacting them with logs and asking if they can whitelist it. Otherwise we will have to wait for Corsair to fix it. Also, related but unrelated... In same week when Vanguard, iCue and FACEIT AC were updated, that is when the problem started. Vanguard does not like iCue's CPUz currently and FACEIT AC does not like Afterburner (newest version) for some unknown reason. FACEIT AC wouldn't even lunch, after few reboots, safe mode uninstalls and some tinkering, I got FACEIT AC to work, but Vanguard is impossible if you want your iCUE to work properly. My CPU was even cooking once (as I forgot to edit fan curves since they were based on CPU temp). Now I put my fan curves to be based on AIO temps, and AIO is on extreme (just in case).
  2. As I previously said, I RMA-ed my mouse, and after almost 3 months of waiting, I got my 80 euros back (they didn't even ask me if I wanted another mouse of same type or different one, they just gave me money).
  3. That is good to hear, is that firmware coming as original with mouse? If not, where can we find that exact firmware for mouse and dongle?
  4. As far as I know, no one has yet fixed the mouse unless it was RMA-ed. However, there is a person claiming to have a fix, but no one has confirmed that nor has anyone tried (other then him) as far as I know. https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showpost.php?p=1030822&postcount=55
  5. I have just sent my back to the shop for RMA since nothing and no one could fix my problem.
  6. It does remember my profiles for some time and then it just randomly forgets them as I (and many others) explained. Also, I gave up on this mouse. It has been a long time since I've had this issue and I just got my BenQ Zowie EC1-A that I ordered not long time ago as soon as I saw that there was no fix for my Ironclaw. Also, everyone else had problem where their mouse was renamed to "IRONCLAW RGB WIRLESS (1)" or"IRONCLAW RGB WIRLESS (1)(1)". I've somehow avoided this problem until 2 weeks ago when my mouse was renamet to "IRONCLAW RGB WIRLESS (1)" as well. However, there was a new update recently (iCUE v3.23.66) which I hoped that it would fix my problems. But as usual, it DID NOT. So, this mouse is going to one of office builds (what a waste) and I will be sticking to Zowie.
  7. It's rather irritating as I am playing CS:GO which is based on muscle memory and DPI changes are unforgivable. Same as you @dansinnerg, I have tried everything you did plus changing the versions via clean install. Also, I tried soft resetting my mouse as hard reset is not possible as far as I know. I am as well running Mouse 1.14.102 (dongle 1.11.52), however I have downgraded to 3.18.77 iCUE in hope that that would fix the problem. I have already ordered a new mouse which will be replacing this one as I cannot lose days of not practicing. I see that Corsair is not answering here on forum so I will open a ticket and update you guys if I find a fix. One more thing that I noticed is as soon as I close iCUE mouse instantly goes into safe mode and ignores all my changes and profiles.
  8. I've updated my iCUE from 3.18.77 to 3.22.74 and a problem I had previously started happening again and there is no solution to it right now as far as what I tried so I am seeking your help here. You can check my specs in my profile. Mouse is IRONCLAW RGB WIRELESS. I tried fully uninstalling iCUE and reinstalling different versions (I tried 3.22.74, 3.21.88, 3.20.80 and 3.18.77) however problem persists in all versions no matter what I do. Here is the best explanation of my problem: When I edit my DPI settings and macros on my mouse via iCUE, they work perfectly for some time and then mouse decides to go to safe mode (I guess) and it just returns everything to default and even messes up some buttons (for example my BACK button on mouse becomes "number 2" from keyboard and I never gave it that macro whatsoever). This usually happens when I am gaming but it is not limited to it. Sometimes it just happens during internet browsing or even watching a movie (and not moving a mouse). My temporary fix is to plug it in via cable which for some reason fixes everything after 5-10 seconds of being plugged in and then it works perfectly for some time (usually few minutes but sometimes up to hour or two). Also, turning it off and turning it back on to 2.4GHz via buttons on the mouse fixes it temporarily as well. I have tried editing all profiles to be same but it still resets to its safe profile I guess. Deleting all other profiles other than default also does not fix it.
