I backed up my Corsair folder in AppData\Roaming\Corsair as i always do before a reinstall. Ive restored everything but the LCD animations are missing from my screen. Any way to get them back without adding manually?

Well i thought a fresh install worked, but change profile and the Asus plugin is froze. Also devices not recognized when coming out of windows sleep. Im going back to Cue 4

My modules were all detected. then i rebooted and ive lost a few. RAM being one. Worth doing a fresh install?

Hmm my setup is the same and works ok. Do you use a VPN? If you have one on ICue wont connect to them. You would have to add it to exclusions in VPN.

Are they different fan types in the 2 PCs?

Its not AC. Even if i dont install AC, ICue is still crashing when waking from windows sleep

Aaand another windows reset. install nothing but drivers and ICue. Works ok for 24 hours, added nanoleaf shapes and the RAM has gone from ICue. So not Armoury Crate to blame as it was looking. Strangely last time i didnt add the shapes and it still lost the RAM, and that time i suspected windows sleep. But thats not it either. ARGH!

I was problem free for long time but either latest ICue or a Windows 11 update has broke everything on me. Frustrating

Well what a fun few weeks ive had with this. Multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, multiple windows resets and BIOS downgrades. i cannot fix this issue. I have a fresh Windows install with AC updated and settings set. then i install ICue. Everything works but when windows 11 goes to sleep, Aura sync has broke on wake and my RAM disappears from ICue. This has happened at least 10 times. Uninstalling AC and reinstalling ICue still doesnt fix the RAM. Only a fresh windows reset brings them back, until it goes to sleep. At the minute i have ICue closed and the PC in black as Aura sync being borked and RAM not showing PC looks awful. Really dont fancy going back to try Win 10. Like i said at the start ive been using ICue and AC problem free for a year or two. Just now i cant get rid of this issue.

Clean install got them back.

Half my devices just disappeared after updating!

And after tonights update i have lost another few devices!

Mine has totally disappeared from icue. Im not sure if they are lighting up or not as hardware mode had them turned off.

I have no solution for you, but LL120s are not a problem.

I have lost Asus Sync and Ram from ICue. Done everything up to clean wipe of pc and bios downgrade. Still cannot get the RAM to show. Aura Sync works occasionally but i cant reproduce what makes it work / stop working again.
