An extremely belated Thank You for your reply c-attack. I actually found your reply while googling for "USB\VID_1B1C&PID_1C11" and I think I clicked on the first link. I haven't used my PC since my last post and forgot that I posted to this forum. Anyway, I only have the Corsair PSU installed so I am only going to go for the light weight route and install Corsair Link 4. Cheers everyone. EDIT: Does anyone know the direct download link for Corsair Link 4? I just cannot seem to find the damn thing........

as per the title, to add, can both apps control fan speed of the AX1600i PSU or just one of these?

I have an AX1600i PSU and device manager has an unknown device with Hardware Id USB\VID_1B1C&PID_1C11 Which software is best to also install the driver iCUE or CORSAIR LINK 4?

I am unable to uninstall or install iCUE. Currently have v3.17.94 and when I tried to update to the latest version 3.19.120 through the iCUE update it failed to update. After that I tried a manual uninstall via programs and features with the same error [1] see screenshot. No matter what version I try to install i keep getting the same error. I've tried end process of all icue or corsair services and then tried installing iCUE but keep getting the same error. any suggestions
