  1. It appears this fault STILL exists in late 2023!!. Our Headset purchased from Amazon in mid August has just developed the EXACT same problem . White LED constantly on. No functions or connections. Cannot power the unit off. Have reported to Amazon and the advice is to leave the headset to run out of power over several days as there is NO RESET button !! Have left a reflective 2 star review on Amazon as it appears Corsair are either shipping faulty units (from an issue 3 years old!) or are shipping old units. Either way the headset is in breach of trading standards and is not fit for purpose if they are selling with a known fault. NOT HAPPY
