  1. They've been in the shop for a while now? See the links posted in previous replies. Thought they already might be out of stock at this point.
  2. The black ones are here instead for those that don't want the white ones: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/corsair-gaming-pbt-double-shot-keycaps-black ;):
  3. Don't open it or you'll void the warranty. Your best option is to open an RMA ticket and get Corsair to replace it.
  4. The visualizer works only if you are using a Corsair headset (like the VOID) as audio output.
  5. That is the DPI led, you cannot change it as a normal led in the lighting effects tab. Instead open the DPI tab and change it there.
  6. It means that the keyboards will react to specific ingame events, for example when a bomb goes off in the game the keyboard might blink. Or a key assigned to a skill with a cooldown timer goes black and gets its color back once you can use again the skill. The game profile is basically coded in the game itself by the developers. Just lighting effects though, no remaps.
  7. That is not the SDK itself, but rather the game developers that added support for it. For example Blizzard recently added Corsair SDK support for Diablo 3, but unless the game developers themselves support it Corsair can do nothing apart from providing the SDK.
  8. They already try to deal with chatter at the firmware level as far as I know.
  9. Yeah, unless you have an hardware playback device connected (K95P or Scimitar PRO) the hardware profile option won't appear and it defaults to software profile. Based on your screenshot you have a "normal" K95 RGB and the "normal" Scimitar RGB, neither supports hardware playback.
  10. I second this! Even just it being a tooltip when you are hover the CUE icon.
  11. I guess I replied to the wrong thread, I don't really remember at this point :p:
  12. I think I saw someone making a thread to list all supported games. Not sure where it ended up going tough, I don't see it in the sticky ones at the top at least...
  13. The profile is implemented directly in the game through the CUE SDK by the developers (example Diablo 3 profile was implemented by Blizzard), there is no way to be able to adjust them in CUE.
  14. Could be, depending on the chipset the usb ports are connected to it could cause issues. For example asmedia usb ports are quite troublesome.
  15. You need to enabled ADVANCED mode (switch at the top) in order to be able to use the lighting effects library.
