  1. Have you tried to perform a soft reset on the keyboard yet? Unplug the keyboard, hold down the ESC key, plug the unit back in while holding the key down and release the ESC key after 15 seconds.
  2. Does the unit appear to be on? Do you have CUE or iCUE installed to see if the software properly picks the keyboard up? If so, try to force a firmware update.
  3. Are you still having this issue with the latest version of CUE/ iCUE? Can you let me know what firmware version the mouse is on and if it's the scimitar pro itself? Correct, if you close the application the lights will revert back to default because the lighting effects are controlled via the software. Unless you have the pro model and have set up lighting effects within the hardware profiles themselves.
  4. Just to be clear it's the the number row paired with the shift key that aren't producing anything? Can you try a soft reset on the keyboard itself? Unplug the keyboard from the computer hold down the F4 and FN key, plug the keyboard back in and release the two keys after 15 seconds and let the keyboard reinitialize. If you are still having issues create a support ticket and a technical support agent will be able to further assist you.
  5. Hey Samaska, What firmware version are you on and are you using CUE or ICUE?
  6. Have you made an attempt to soft reset the keyboard yet? Unplug it from the computer, hold the esc key. While the ESC key is still held down plug the keyboard back in and release after 15 -20 seconds. The keyboard should flash and reinitialize with the computer itself.
  7. Actually, the method provided with the fn and f4 is just a soft reset. With the k55 you cannot manually flash the keyboard all firmware updates are done through the software itself.
  8. That's really odd especially for Ml fans, I would suggest creating a support ticket and have our technical support team further assist you.
  9. As everyone's suggests, it does not hurt to try ask, the tech support team might be able to assist in remedying the situation.
  10. As c-attack mentioned go ahead and create a ticket and our technical support team can assist you with an RMA
  11. The easiest way to explain the difference between the two is the construction of the keyboards themselves. The k68 was designed to be water resistant, one factor that one keyboard could feel better than the other could just be the switches themselves. Are both keyboards red switches?
  12. I would suggest trying iCUE to see if the same issue is reproduced. Before doing so, I would make sure that your commander pro's firmware is up to date. If the issue still persists then I would suggest creating a ticket for our technical support team to further assist you.
  13. Glad to hear that the unit is properly functioning. Since the unit itself does not have the ability to interact with Corsair Link you won't be able to kill the lights on the cooling block.
  14. what an awesome breakdown by c-attack and solarity, hopefully, this clears up your questions about the various fan options available.
  15. I do apologize for the troubles, can you PM me your ticket ID?
