  1. I recently bought a K95 keyboard and I'm really in love with it, but every time I turn on my computer, it doesn't seem to recognize the USB passthrough and I have to manually disconnect and reconnect the cable to make it work. (I have both cables connected to USB 3.0 since using just the keyboard cable won't make the passthrough work) Any thoughts on what could be happening? Thanks!
  2. Hey there, I'm back again with some updates. Some time ago I contected warranty and support and today I got a replacement for the tilt mechanism. Effectively changing this stopped the squeaking noises! On a side note, it was EXTREMELY hard to get the piston off from the mechanism, and I think it may be damaged due to force applied on taking off the piston. Hopefully I'll get help from Corsair on this issue. Here's a photo of the mechanism support gladly sent me (the one on the bottom, original on top): https://imgur.com/a/G8cZczQ
  3. I'm back with an update and with an hypothesis of why the problem may have originated. First of all, excuse me if my english writing isn't on-point since it's not my native language. I tried to unscrew the four screws on the main frame (photo link further ahead), and noticed that only one of them was "unscrewable", while the other three were EXTREMELY tight. Blue square represents the unscrewable screw (...), red square represents the really tight screws. On a second note, I noticed that the spring cover (what goes directly screwed over the string) has shifted slightly (photo with arrows pointing further ahead), and this might have caused those screws to be so tight. My theory is that improper force balancing of the spring caused the whole spring cover to shift to a side, leading to some deformations that might cause the squeaking sound Also, after applying more WD-40, squeaking won't go away. I couldn't get a lithium based lubricant since COVID measures in my country are kinda strict. Any thoughts/ideas are welcomed :) PD: I haven't reached support yet. Will do this month. 4. Hey there, My chair only squeaks when I lean myself totally backwards, so I just tighted the leaning knob on the front to prevent it from going way back. Solved partially with that and a lot of WD-40. Might as well try with a lithum-based lubricant in a future for better results.

  6. Hey there, I bought my T2 Road Warrior chair a year ago and some months ago it started squeaking whenever I pushed my back to the chair and it tilted. At first it wasn't that bad but now it's VERY noisy. I can't use the chair comfortably anymore. When I was taking a look at the chair I noticed something. In the following photos you can see a gap between the main chair support and the string support. I guess that may be the problem. Thanks for your help!
