thank you for your reply... my spec were not updated sorry... so whats hapening is normal ? the new case is the Bequiet 500DX and it does have vents in the PSU Shroud... but wouldnt the PSU be taking hot air when the GPU is under load ?

Hello, The manual of the Power supply ( and on the box)... shows a Load-Fan RPM curve. The curves shows that the Fan trigger @300W of Load. Now the PC on idle does even get close to 200W... I have an R7 3700X ( not overclocked) and GTX 1070 ( also not overclocked)... THe PSU is silent.... however afte like 45min-1hour of light usage (internet browsing, text editing...) the PSU fan do kick in. It is not loud, its just i can hear it because my other fan cases are noctuas running @ 300-400RPM... so when the PSU fan kicks in i can hear a slight "wooosh"..again it is not annoying. but ia m confused because the box AND manual sates that the fan will kick in at 300W. The PSU fan will run for like 10-15min... and then stop... and again an hour late they will kick in again... The PSU is mounted with the fan facing down because i have a case with a filtered bottom.. the room temperature is 22-23C degrees. Am i missing somehting ? the PSU is like 2 weeks old...

helli also have the harpoon wireless and noticed the same thing... icue is also uninstalled in my case.... this "stuck" behaviour in my case is only when the mosue is wired... i need to unplug it and then plug it again... wireless works no problem...

Hello, I cant save the a static lighting profile to my k70 strafe keyboard... the small sd card icon doesnt do anything anynore... i am pretty sure this used to work..since i am running a old static profile... Did corsair remove the feature ??

Hello i would also be interested in the old firmware of the mouse... its is registering double clicks too since the update....

I have exactly the same issue with my harpoon... it started registering double clicks after the Mouse firmware update...

this software is a plague. SO i sold my h100i v2 and kep only my strafe keyboard , harpoon mouse and LED strips. I am not getting the "dashbaordfreeze" anymore BUT the usb disconnect sound is there, the side buttons of the mouse randomly stops working... i need either to REpair icue, restart my pc OR unplug and plug the devices back. PS: if i close icue the side mosue buittons will work again but then i ll lose my lighting profile. This is getting ridiciulous. The latest update didnt do a thing.

Yep...i just sold my h100i v2 and got a noctua cpu cooler...way more reliable... i dont think the issue is gona be resolved... it has been like this for a year now... the support rarely replies and when they do, they go through standard protocol, Log files, maybe its another software fault ...blabla....

And i am prettyy sure the disconnect device "disconnect sound" some users are reporting ( me included) when Icue starts autom,atically or manually after a restart is also related to this issue. for now i defined all my static lighting to be saved on device ( except my harpoon mouse) and i completely closed icue and disbaled the start with windows button. I have the following: *h100i v2 --> static light plus custom ciurve for fans --> saved on device *2 rgb LED strips with RGB node pro --> static lighting defined on device *Corsair starfe silent --> static defined on device *Wireless harpoon mouse --> cant define it on device. When the "service" hangs the following doesnt work: *The monitoring --> curves and valuies are not refreshed and remain constant *Changing the profile for the h100i v2 doesnt work --> lighting and curves does not apply.

Hello, so i have been using Corsair LInk with my h100i v2 cpu cooler for a year with no problems. I bought a the harpoon mouse and the strafe keyboard and LED RGB node a week ago and switched to ICUE to control the corsair components. everything works perfectly but i am getting a "device disconnect" notification sound when PC restarts... but everything seems to be working... now i am pretty sure its the icue software since when disabled/uninstalled.. i am getting no disconnect sound. is this a software bug ? any solution ? Thank you
