I RMA'd my M65 Elite after this issue got worse and worse. Had the new one for about a month and it's just started doing the same thing. Is it software getting corrupted over time? Surely if it's a design flaw they'd have fixed it by now.

Did you find it increased your power usage? I think it's something to do with the AsRock Z390 Motherboards, honestly. Everyone with an issue has some form of AsRock Z390. I'm seriously considering ditching AsRock and buying a new motherboard. Just going to be a pain reformatting my PC for the new MoBo :(

UPDATE FOR PEOPLE READING I have disabled C3 only. This solves the issue and minimises the number of deactivated C states.

Go onto iCue, go into settings and then click on your mouse at the top. Should have a polling rate option :)

This worked for me too mate. I wish there was a better fix though as this reduces the power saving of the PC.
