  1. I have the same mouse and have experienced the same problem since I bought it. Sometimes it only happens now and again and does not cause too much inconvenience, but other times it is every other reboot, just no rhyme or reason at all. I built a new PC last year motherboard from a different manufacturer and was hopeful this problem would be solved, but it is no different! I saw this thread today and did a bit more research and found another thread on here from someone having the same problems but with a different model of mouse. https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=174934 I've followed the instructions from there and hope this solves it.

  3. UPDATE - I found an older version of iCUE (3.17.94) and reverted back to that, not had any errors yet.... fingers crossed.
  4. I did a clean install of Windows 10 64 bit yesterday and not had chance to install any games yet, so I don't know if I will experience any crashing. However, I am getting a corsair.service.display adapter.exe application error on nearly ever shutdown or reboot. I'm using a Sapphire Nitro+ Rx580 GB with Radeon Software 20.4.2 and driver version 26.20.15029.27016. iCue version 3.28.70
