  1. I'm having the same issues after a firmware update failed on my Corsair One. I do not see a "Repair" option in iCue for the K63...
  2. Just a quick note. I’ve been building PCs since 1998. After my mobo recently died, I decided to take a chance on a pre-built machine after researching the One and falling in love with the industrial design. I received it about a week ago. My only regret was the HDD for the secondary drive — which I upgraded today to a 4 TB Samsung 860 PRO. What an amazing machine. I now have every game installed I could possibly want to run (and then some). The i9 (moving from an i7) also does a fantastic job of casting games to my Nvidia Shield in my living room via Steam Link. I never thought I’d buy a pre-built, but I’m glad I did. This thing is gorgeous, and totally worth the premium.
  3. Hi - just bought an i160, and loving it. Having one problem, though -- I'm getting a constant chain of USB disconnect/reconnect sounds every ~30 seconds, correlating to the case lights turning off, turning back on to the default blue, before going back to rainbow (my selected setting). I'm not running any special profile settings in iCue, just the Default set to the rainbow color setting. I've swapped cables, removed USB devices, etc. -- but the problem is constant. First -- does anyone know what this is? I've seen similar reports on the forums here but no resolution. Second -- where can I find my Product/Serial Number? I bought this off Amazon, and didn't see that information in the box/packaging, so I'm unsure where to find it. Thanks for the help.
  4. Hello - about to click purchase on an i160, but before I do - has anyone had success with removing the logos/decals from the case? If so, via what methods? I’m super picky about branding on my kit, honestly the big gaudy logo on the front of an otherwise masterpiece of design is the only thing staying my hand...
