  1. Not a chance, this has been a nightmare for over a year now. I wish I just ripped and replaced this garbage.
  2. Another broken promise from Corsair, I'm so shocked. This pretty much solidifies I won't be buying corsair anymore. Hopefully they will eventually ensure my AIO investment wasn't a total waste for this build - more than it already is.
  3. Its completely unacceptable and I will likely not buy anything from Corsair for a very long time... Have you tried this?
  4. I'm still skeptical, they are quick to blame this on their vendor - and on steam with certain chip sets. Plenty of people have reported this issue who don't fall in that latter category.
  5. Per "someone with info but not an employee" the fix was bumped to the next update.
  6. Since customer support is silent on this, wondering if anyone has tried emailing the CEO? According to public records his email may be andyp@corsairmemory.com but the domain looks a little dated to me Edit: Wow the forum is censoring his email even if you break it out using [at] instead of @. Anyways here's the link https://www.ceoemail.com/s.php?id=ceo-11955
  7. Yup, not fixed and actually seems a little worse. The nightmare continues...
  8. Did you restart? Happened to me until I restarted. A few hours on the new iCue, no cutouts so far.... Im nervous
  9. That is hugely disappointing.... I haven't received the disconnect yet - I guess ill wait...
  10. Chill dude! I had a firmware update today for both my H115i plat and my lighting node pro. AIO: 1.00.33 Node Pro: 0.7.122 AND I just hit iCUE update and I am installing a new update there as well. iCUE is now on version 3.14.100 This is the version that was cited as having the fix on reddit.... Please please please let it be true!!
  11. Theres a new firmware update for the AIO in iCUE.... here's hoping...
