  1. This seems to be pretty normal for these fans. I have a few out as well. At this point I can't be bothered to deal with constantly RMAing them so I just turn that specific LED off in ICUE. Kind of annoying for a premium product. I know I can just RMA, but redoing my wiring every time one of these goes out is not worth the hassle.
  2. I would love to see the pump speed reduced. I went all corsair this last build and I am pretty disappointed with the pump noise. If there is a way to reduce the speed via update I would absolutely love it.
  3. Figured I would update with my issue in case it helps anyone else. I've found that the charging indicator is very finnicky. I can sometimes leave it on all night charging and it won't show charged in the morning unless I turn off ICUE and restart, then it will show full. Other times it seems to work properly. I seem to get more consistent charging results when charging in wireless mode. When I charge in wired mode it often never shows full unless I leave it on all night and restart ICUE in the morning.
  4. When you plug in your headset, does it say charging at all or does it just not do anything?
  5. I'm not 100% sure yet but I may be having the same issue. Just received my headset yesterday and left it charging all night. Came down to the PC this morning and it still says it's charging. The battery is currently on high, but it was high when I first opened it so I am not sure if it isn't taking a charge or if the status LED and ICUE notification are just wrong. Will update when the battery gets a bit lower and I try to charge again.
  6. Hi everyone, I just received my Sabre RGB Pro a few minutes ago. I set the DPI and everything in Icue and tried to update the firmware. ICUE said updated failed and now the mouse is unresponsive. I tried resetting PC, unplugging and plugging in the mouse multiple times and I can't seem to get it to work. Does anyone have a firmware file for it or is there a way to reset it? Thanks! EDIT: Called support and tried soft resetting by holding both buttons, plugging in mouse, waiting 10 seconds and releasing buttons. This did not work. They also said I am going to need to return the mouse to Amazon, but that seems like a waste of time because all I need is a firmware file. Does anyone have one available or do I really need to return the mouse?
  7. Hi, just wanted to post an update. This turned out not to be the issue. I had 6 profiles imported into ICUE. If I delete them it allows me to add profiles until I get to 6 again and it starts crashing. It had nothing to do with incompatibility. Hope this helps someone else!
  8. Did you ever get this fixed? I am having the same issue. At first I thought it was a version conflict but I just realized I had some of the profiles working before I reinstalled windows, and now they won't import. The versions are all the exact same I had on my previous windows installation.
  9. Hey everyone, Having an issue where when I try to import profiles icue will crash and not re-open. I'm on the lastest version of ICUE, brand new windows install. I'm trying to import profiles from Alex Krastevs site. I can get a few to work, such as Void and Arctic, but 90% of them crash ICUE. Even the newer ones like Enigma etc crash. Any ideas? Thanks!
