Hi all!
I have a Corsair Virtuoso RGB SE headset with ASUS Prime Z490-A motherboard, and a Mad Catz R.A.T. Pro X3 mouse (yeah I know, one off mouse from a throw back company, ha!). When I turn the Virtuoso RGB SE, my mouse disconnects temporarily while the headset is connecting. I hear the USB disconnect and reconnect sound, and once the headset connects, my mouse starts working again.
Now for troubleshooting, I've tested with a few other mice, wired and wireless, all have the same issue. Not using a USB dock (direct to motherboard), I am using a USB extension cable to put the dongle on my desk vs sticking behind the case and my desk (signal performance essentially).
The mouse stays lit, but it just stops working/moving in the OS, and then starts back up again once the RGB SE is connected. Super strange. I went in with good ol' Nirsoft USBDeview and can see the RGB SE devices disconnecting and reconnecting, but I don't see the mouse disconnecting at all, it just stops working.
Sometimes it's so bad I have to disconnect the mouse from the PC and reconnect it for it to start working again. Even on my Logitech wireless mice, turning off and on again doesn't suffice, I have to unplug the dongle and reconnect it for it to start working again. I also notice my ICUE lights blink on my CPU AIO and Motherboard RGB lights.
Any thoughts? Should I try a ticket to support? Thanks in advance!
