So I moved the install file to the desktop and installed from there. That worked for some reason. Maybe this will help someone else.

I've tried but when right clicking I do not have that option. Is it because I am already running it as an administrator?

The system cannot open the device or file specified. I have tried to use an older version, same issue. Any ideas? Thank you.
