  1. Already disabled. Selective suspend disabled as well as "Allow device to turn off" from each individual device. I'm thinking it's services related.
  2. I've been experiencing this issue for years now. I have a Corsair K70, a Sabre mouse and a H150i AIO. When I go to sleep or step away for an extended period of time, I lock my computer with Windows Key+L or CTRL+ALT+DEL Lock. Randomly but pretty often when unlock the computer for the day, I'll notice my custom lighting on my keyboard is off. If I try to open iCue, it will crash. If I disconnect and reconnect my keyboard from USB (or remove and re-add from Device Manager), it will light back up and iCue will open without any issues. Also, randomly I will notice after an unlock that my mouse is not being detected in iCue. It still works fine but it randomly stops showing up. Once again, I can reconnect it or reinstall the driver and it'll instantly show in iCue. I've tried several different version of iCue, I've reinstalled all device drivers, I've tried different USB ports, I've turned off all power management settings that I could think of. I'd assume it is something to do with locking Windows. Since locking windows suspends services, I'd imagine it is doing something to iCue and it has a had time returning to a normal state. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
  3. No luck with the SDK/plug-in disables. I'm still getting a black screen randomly when I launch games. The games still load but it takes 1-2 minutes for it to load. I'm baffled at why unplugging the mouse fixes the issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled all mice and keyboard drivers, turned off all Power Management settings, did a clean install of iCue and my GPU drivers and it's still happening. The only thing I can think of is some super bizarre mouse hardware issue or a bug within iCue. I haven't tried an older version of iCue yet so I guess that's the next step. It only started recently.
  4. Another update - I got the black screen again and immediately unplugged my mouse. Sure enough, the game loaded immediately. It's extremely bizarre to me that a mouse would have anything to do with games loading, black screens or anything of the such. I noticed that "Enable SDK" was in enabled in iCue along with plug-ins. Since that allows certain apps to communicate and control USB devices, I've unticked those and we'll see what happens. Hopefully it's that. If not, I'm out of ideas.
  5. Do you have a custom fan curve set? It's a known issue with the custom fan curves. If you set a preset curve, it won't flat line. I upgraded to a H150i and haven't had anymore issues with flatlining despite having a custom curve so I have a feeling it might be a bug in the H11x hardware on top of things.
  6. Here's a new issue for me. I think it's iCue related but perhaps it's the mouse. Recently, I've been experiencing a random issue where if I launch any game or something like MAME, I get a black screen but I can still see my cursor. After about 1 minute, the game loads and there are no problems after. On a fresh boot, there are no issues. This seems to start happening after the system has been idle or has been up awhile. On a whim, I decided to disconnect and reconnect my Corsair Sabre mouse. After, games started launching instantly again with no black screen or delay. A few days later, it started happening again. I decided to try reconnect the mouse again and sure enough, everything worked perfectly again. I have no issues with my mouse otherwise other than I have noticed that iCue will randomly not detect it on a fresh reboot but this is rare. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled iCue and moved my mouse to a USB 2.0 slot instead of a 3.0. Unfortunately, it didn't fix it and it just happened again. Has anyone had this happen and is there any fix? I'm guessing it's yet another iCue bug. I love Corsair hardware but I have never had so much trouble out of somewhere in all of my years of PC use. Just non-stop random problems with every version. It's so frustrating.
  7. Thanks for the reply.
  8. I decided to clean up my build a bit and realized I can fit a 360 radiator in my case. I currently have a Corsair Hydro 115i 280mm and was considering a Corsair H150i RGB PRO XT 360mm. If I upgraded, would I notice any appreciable gains? One thing I question is I'd be going from 2 140mm fans to 3 120mm fans but a larger radiator. Would we be talking only a few degrees difference top difference or maybe even less? I'd like to make use of the extra space but I guess it needs to be worth the upgrade. Also, is there any update on the availability of the H150i RGB PRO XT? It has been out of stock since Feb. Thanks.
  9. It's a 1+ year standing bug if you have a custom curve set on your AIO. Sometimes I can go weeks without problems and sometimes it'll freeze after a single gaming session. If it does freeze, go under Settings and at the bottom, click Restart iCue Service. Give it a minute or so and the temps/graphs will kick back in. Annoying but it's a quick fix.
  10. My room gets pretty hot during the Summer so going slightly over 40C in coolant temp is pretty normal due to the ambient temp in the room. I set the curve that way because the balanced setting would ramp up fans as soon as they hit 40C. I have it set to ramp up at 50C instead because if I ever reach that number, I know I have a problem.
  11. No monitoring software installed other than iCue. I can click fixed and it will ramp the fans up properly. It just makes me think that there is a bug in iCue or PWM on the fans. I'll try swapping the connectors. Thanks.
  12. Here's what it looked like after waking up. Cold and idle all night. The fan is showing 420rpm despite being set to run at 60% (1200rpm). I noticed the Custom curve begins at 20C however though. Do fans run at the bare minimum and then only hit the custom curve at 21C? I can manually bump it to 70% and then back down to 60% and it will go to 1200pm again. Just trying to figure out if this is an iCue bug, if my fans are dying or if it's normal at that low of a temp.
  13. Recently I noticed that my PC was running extra quiet. I looked in iCue and realized my Corsair ML fans connected to my Hydro were only reporting 480pm. After a minute, I heard them ramp up and run at 1200rpm which I have them set to. There is no change in temp and this can be at idle with very low temps. This has been happening on and off for a few weeks now at random times. I don't know if the fans are dying, it's an issue with iCue or the Hydro itself. Has anyone had any recent issues with iCue perhaps not controlling fans properly or should I go ahead and starting looking for replacement fans?
  14. Need to keep this bumped. This has been happening for a year and still no fix in sight. I'm convinced that this is an issue when custom fan curves are set. I never had a problem when I just used Quiet or Balanced. The freezing started when I set a custom curve for my cooler. Can Corsair look into a bug with custom curves? Anyone NOT have a custom curve and experiencing the monitoring flat lining?
  15. Monitoring is still broken. After gaming, you pull up your temps and everything is frozen until you reboot. Very annoying to have to reboot my PC every time I game and not be able to monitor my temps.
