  1. I received an old firmware image from support, and after downgrading the mouse firmware, all seems better now. Went as far as to remove iCUE from my system and will see how that goes.
  2. ah, just saw this update of yours. glad you got it resolved. any way to make sure I've cleared out any "phantom" doubles?
  3. They got back me in my support ticket. Here's an older firmware you can flash. It didn't change anything at first. But i did a soft-reset after the downgrade and things seems much better. Not perfect, still some "sticking". But not quite the pain the **** to use. yet. For fun, I also dropped the polling-rate of the mouse form 1000 to 500. https://corsair/attachments/token/qGvKlxorJRmEjnmdOMDlu8OIC/?name=Harpoon+Wireless+-+Dongle+FW+0.5.49+-+Mouse+FW+0.5.64+%282%29.zip or try this link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/h2qskaftkmit98u/Harpoon%20Wireless%20-%20Dongle%20FW%200.5.49%20-%20Mouse%20FW%200.5.64%20%282%29.zip?dl=0
  4. I vaguely wonder if the December firmware update was a/the culpirate. I too don't remember any issues till December, and after an update. Also, when I have CUE force update the firmware, the issue is way worse. almost every click registers as a double.
  5. anyone come across any fixes? I tried remapping the keys like HappyCamper did; no luck. soft-resetting the mouse helps a little, but is not a cure. clean installing drivers/software does nothing.
  6. I'm having the same problem with the same mouse. A soft-reset seems to clear it up somewhat, but doesn't seem to completely cure it and it seems to get worse over time, again. I opened a support ticket last week and haven't had support get back to me yet. I've had the harpoon only a few months, while my previous mouse is still being used 10+ years later. Don't make 'em like they used to!
