  1. I thinking about buying Commander Pro. What is the default speed of fans before iCue software and driver is loaded? Quiet, Balanced, Extreme? I mean in case PC is booting, or is in UEFI BIOS or Linux is loaded? Do fans rotate at reasonable default 50% - 60% or they run at 100% before Windows is loaded?
  2. Please fix hardware profiles saving / editing for Ironclaw RGB mouse. I cannot save my profile as hardware profile. Also software reports that my profiles iCUE HW profiles mismatch the ones in the device. Whether I choose Save or Cancel on restoring HW profiles, it always pop-up when I bring iCUE software window to front or open app. It's really nagging me. Other than that Ironclaw RGB mouse is really great and the software is stable and quite functional, only HW profiles don't work for me, or just misbehave. I have this issue on 3.18.77 and I had it on the previous iCUE version 3.17.x. OS: Windows 10 1903 build 18362.239
  3. So after sometime profile conflict showed up in iCUE, nagging that HW profile in device differ from the ones in iCUE. I finally reflashed the mouse with the same and the latest firmware 3.24. Then I edited profiles, and same freaking issue appeared again, ' Conflict, your profiles doesn't match those in device...'. What a BS. Mouse is cool, iCue software is quite stable (it crashed / closed itself when it was resolving profile conficts xD), but when in comes to handling hardware profiles, it is buggy as hell. Oh and now I have like 10 HW DPI profiles, instead of default 3, even after reflashing the mouse, it seems they were added after each profile conflict resolving. I hope Corsair will fix this. This is unacceptable, storing personalized HW profiles is such a basic feature and the mouse wasn't cheap.
  4. Hi, I have Ironclaw RGB mouse and I also cannot save any profile to the device. I was able to delete one of predefined HW profiles, but I cannot save any. I want to save my Default iCUE profile to the mouse so it would work even in software is not running. Was this feature removed or disabled by devs? It's one of the basic features of today's gaming mice. iCUE version 3.17.94 Mouse Firmware: 3.24
