  1. A windows update broke it a while back, it hasn't worked since. Plenty on the forum about it.
  2. Hi. Many thanks for the reply. Yes 3080ti with 64Gb ram. Surely if this is the case its Corsairs problem? i guess i'm still in warranty... Trouble is the timings when this happens are completely random so difficult to put it infront of Corsair, as it probably wont happen at the moment the tech has a look at it. Anyone from Corsair want to comment also? zguy85 - Never used MSI afterburner is that a complicated process? is that not taking away from the whole 3080ti experience by underclocking? Appreciate the help.
  3. I too am now having intermittent black screens usually whilst gaming. Unable to get screen back at all and have to shut down windows with power button. Strangely i can still hear the game and seemingly still interact by moving the character, so clearly just losing graphics card signal. Tried changing display ports on rear of i300 but still the same. I have updated bios and have also cleaned out the driver and reinstalled. Any ideas guys?
  4. As a fellow i300 3080Ti user, i am watching with interest...
  5. Dont' think you should of installed the MSI one, just the one from the Corsair page. The MSI one won't have the Corsair BIOS alterations to suit the i300.
  6. So... was there anything beneficial in the Bios update? or shall I leave my i300 alone?
  7. Hi all. I noticed that previously unsupported products have now been supported in iCue 4. However i have a dilemma myself. I have a Corsair One i160 which i bought new roughly 3 years ago. To date its been great. Corsair now calls this a "legacy device" and it is no longer supported in iCue 4. This in itself is fine, iCue 3 works great so no problems, or so i thought. In January 2022 i purchased a Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless XT headset, again great product. This headset requires iCue4 to work or it doesnt show up in iCue. So install iCue 4 and have intermittent RGB working on the i160 (bizarrely pump, fans work fine), or i have iCue 3 with no headset. So I am currently having to use iCue4 and make do with RGB not working. Corsair, as you have rectified your error with not supporting all hardware with iCue4, could you sort this issue with the Corsair One please. Thanks for listening and if in the meantime if anyone has a workaround i would be greatful. Dan.
  8. I also noticed this in the UK. I was toying with the idea at £4399.00 then it suddenly jumped to £4799.00 which is a bit too close to £5k for me.
  9. There is only one M.2 connection on the i160.
  10. Hi. Had the same issue with my i160. From factory it’s the old iCue software. Just update the iCue software Via the Corsair one support page or Corsair app on the taskbar. This will sort the issue. There are 3 newer icue since the one you have.
