  1. So it's been over 3 weeks since I submitted my RMA, and I still don't have any next steps or an RMA approval. What's happening over there?
  2. Like many of the posters here, I submitted a support ticket over 10 days ago, and haven't heard any response back from customer service. The ticket is for RMA of faulty laptop memory, and the ticket number is 2000749142. I sent a couple of followups after the ticket was opened. My last message said that this RAM module will be the last product that I buy from Corsair if they won't honor their warranty. Can somebody from Corsair please look into this? Thank you.
