Hopefully someone can help. I recently updated both Asus Armory Crate and iCue and sadly it looks like Aura is preventing iCue profiles to control my mobo. I have tried the following. 1) Uninstall and reinstall iCue. 2) Disable and re enable the iCue plugin. 3) Updated Armory Crate 4) Unplugged and powered down pc. I can see the mobo in the iCue program but unfortunately none of the previous working profiles will work with the mobo. All other rgb functions are working under iCue itself. Hello all, Here are some tips that would work for me when hiccups occur. For instance today when I updated icue to the latest version I noticed that the mobo lighting froze even after restarting icue. First thing I would try was to disable and re enable the plugin option in icue settings to see if that would fix it. Next if you have Asus Armory installed I would load it up and see if there are any updates to aura or your mobo that you need to run. After installing your updates it might call for a restart of your pc. Go back to Asus armory after restatrting your pc and check under the aura section and check to see if Shut down effects have been enable due to the update. Normally I have that off so that it doesn't conflict with icue. Go back to icue and disable and re enable plugin option. Shut down your pc to see if the aura shut down option is working . Restart your pc and hopefully that fixes it for you. I know it sounds like a lot but I think it covers all the bases in clearing up that hiccup and normally solves the problem for me.

Just curious if the K65 Rapidfire keyboard has been discontinued ? I have noticed that even before the corona outbreak that this tkl keyboard has not been available for a while. Hopefully Corsair is considering an upgrade to this model and not abandoning the tkl market. Personally I would love to see standard keycap layout and double shot keycaps used. I know there are other tkl keyboards out there with better offerings but I would love to stay within the iCue ecosystem .

So as long as the led is connected from the Asus 12v rgb header iCue can sync and control it ?

Well not sure what is going on but it seems that even though icue loads up the proper lighting effect for the mobo somehow asus armory crate regains control after a few minutes and reverts back to its original lighting settings. Does anyone have any ideas as what I can do to prevent this or just sit and wait due to this being beta ?

Hello all. Need some help or clarification. I have a Strix x570-e board with updated bios. Armory Crate is installed but I can not see a way to stop the Aura . Went ahead and installed the plug in for the latest i cue. Rebooted and noticed that the mobo rgb stopped working. I went into icue and noticed that a generic Asus mobo is shown under devices but none of my profiles work with the mobo. If I go into Instant Lighting it does work. Are these the proper steps that I have taken? Is this the only light effect available atm? Are custom light profiles not available to display with the mobo? Thanks all for any help.
