Hi, I'm having the same issue as above. My headphones are being detected as an Avnera device. I've tried following the steps mentioned in here (http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=152196) but there is no firmware update button as I cannot click on the Device tab. I'm running CUE 2.16.87 Please help, thanks
