  1. Hi DjRavix! Even pressing the "test" button the PSU does nothing. I'm still waiting for them to answer my ticket, but it's been a week and nothing
  2. Yes, I tried the power supply without cables and got the same result, just connected the 24 pin cable to power the PSU
  3. Hi guys! Recently my AX1200i PSU died and did not turn on anymore, when I want to turn on the equipment it stays with a red led light on I opened a ticket for support and RMA, since the PSU is still under warranty but to date I have not had any answers (I opened the ticket on 04-13) Is there any way to speed up the attention of the ticket(2005216546)?
  4. Just for information, performing some tests and reconnections, I have come to the conclusion that the problem lies with the Corsair ST100 USB HUB. Previously, it maintained the connection to the ST100 and from there to the PC. Currently I do not have any connection in the ST100 and everything is connected from the K95 USB HUB to the Asus XG32VC and the latter direct connection to the PC via USB. However, I still have the problem with the LEDs of the LL120, so I assume that the problem could lie in the Lighting Node PRO or in the Corsair Commander Pro. I assume that it is the latter, since I also have problems with the LEDs of the Obsidian 1000D...
  5. I have a video with problem, but cant attach. recently change mi M65 PRO for M65 RGB Elite and have same problem. Also connect a MM800 and the same problem happens, it gets desynchronized and the profile of red lights that I have configured for a rainbow
  6. Hi Nick. Regarding the typical Windows sound when a device is removed and connected, there is no respective sound. Regarding the USB ports, I have tried reconnecting in different ports, I even took the keyboard and mouse to the USB of the monitor and the problem continues to occur. This is very random, there are days when the event does not happen and days like today, which occur every 30 minutes. Obviously I have restarted windows, updated the motherboard drivers (MSI X99S Gaming 7) and nothing. It's like when you block Windows (Win key + L) and the devices are idle with different settings. For example when I am in game mode and the mouse problem occurs to me, a quick solution is to disconnect and reconnect
  7. Hi guys: for a few months now, I have come with problems with my corsair devices. It turns out that there are times when devices like the M65 Pro mouse and the ST100 lose settings, and in the case of the M65, its DPI sensitivity changes, the above in games is awful, and the LEDs on the FANS change a bit. color to another or they turn off. In the case of the ST100 it changes its static color to RGB for no reason. Particularly changing the color of the FANS does not affect me, but it should not happen, what complicates me the most is changing the mouse configuration, this can happen in a gaming environment such as office. The connection of the FANS is made by 2 Lighting Node Pro and I have 12 LL120
  8. Bad news for me: c I contacted Corsair but they tell me that they do not have fan tray availability and that I should see the resellers or vendors. I looked on Amazon and there is no fan tray that I need, I am from Chile so I do not have many options.
  9. Oooh nice, i'll see how to get a fan tray. Thanks!!
  10. Huuum interesting. But that fan tray can install on top of Obsidian 1000D?, because that fan tray is same on front side.
  11. Hi guys, I have Obsidian 1000D case. Actually i have H100i with 2x120mm in rear of case. i Want upgrade to H150i with 3x120mm, but rear side only up to 2x120mm. I was thinking install a H150i in up side, but it supports 140mm fans, so install 120mm not possible. Is any accessory to convert a 140mm support to 120mm support?
  12. Do you have a direct email? i did try to open a ticket but i haven't Part number and serial number of the Case
  13. Hi guys. Since a few weeks ago I noticed that the RGB of the case was deconfigured for the front panel. I checked the iCUE settings and they were fine, however when I changed the RGB color, the green part of the lights stayed and did not change. I've tried disconnecting the RGB and reconnecting, reinstalling the iCUE and it continues the same way.
