I tried the Software u linked it worked fine for a week but now it doesnt work at all PLEASE Corsair make us use a Boosting in the CUE Make it happen QUICK i cant stand another month with these low settings EVERYTHING is maxed and im still a liltle mice in every conversation!!!

I recommend that u make a Feature to the Corsair VOID to make a feature to Boost the Microphone, I know u can Adjust the microphone phsycical but i still struggle with the microphon being low after adjusting it i have tried a program which goes in and Boost it over default and it is not the right way to do it but please Make a default feature with the Headset to boost it over the 100%!

This worked really well for me! My friends really just couldnt hear me prober and i got this program now they love me again Thank you and Corsair please get a boosting control on CUE

as it was stated in the email i received, the firmware was attached to the email so yes i updated the hole thing. and now the mouse is almost not usable, im gonna try and reboot for now...

so i have been using the Beta CUE Version 1.15.28 and the bug came for me today personal, my girlfriend had been experience some problems with it the other day but i could not determinate that it was that problem but it is clear for me now it was the same bug as before. Chubby cursor movement RGB color effect freezes and buttons also i know it is a beta but is there a way to report the problem to your guys Henry ?

Yes but as he wrote the next version of CUE should fix it and 1 day after a release came and the bug became worse than before as i wrote in my post that log file was from that day the new update came

The latest Software version made my mouse even worse the version is 1.14.43 and it makes the mouse like completely shut down all colors freeze and cursor gets very laggy/chobby movement and you cant do anything Right click, left click, side buttons and scrolling everything just freezes it is around 2 months ago since i bought this mouse.
