Thanks a lot treeyoung for posting the real issue. I really hope Corsair finds your post and fixes this annoying problem. Don't know how or why it's only the Scimitar that has this issue but it's annoying as hell.

So we need to repair everytime the bug appears ? Really ? Won't that delete our profiles ? For how long does the problem get fixed ? 1 week ? 1 month ?

Did you try restarting your PC ? When my buttons don't respond it's what I do and it helps.

Correct, It's the issue I have atm. Sadly glad to hear I'm not alone with this problem.

Greetings Scimitar users, I've had this mouse now since February, all was fine until the Win10 rolled up. Now I have occasionally my side buttons not working at all and the only way to re-enable them is a PC restart, which sucks in the middle of a Game. I've tried almost everything, unpluging the mouse, dissableing/enabling the driver, relaunching CUE, nothing besides the restart works. I've tried to go back on older firmware posted in this forum, I've tried so many things yet nothing's working for me. I still get the occasionally annoying dis-function of my side buttons that only a whole PC restart can fix. Do any of you have a similar issue ?
