  1. interestingly enough, the order is different when you rotate the mic. Pressing the button I get feedback then mic, rotating the mic I get mic then feedback. How odd. Also, what is the new Auto Audio Repositioning feature? I like it.
  2. Its fixed in iCue 3.33.246 ! When I rotate the mic up I get an extra prompt. I get 'Mic off', then 'Mic feedback off' Rotating it down I get 'Mic on', and then 'Mic feedback on' and it stays on. Headset firmware is still 0.02. Which is odd, I would have thought this would have been a headset firmware issue. I guess not! iCue also seems to include a new setting called 'Auto Audio Repositioning'. This is different to the Stereo/7.1 toggle, which is still there. Any clue as to what this new setting does? I cant quite tell what its doing (sounds like the same change Turbo Boost did on my old JVC kit), but music sounds better with it enabled.
  3. I should have used the forum search before starting this thread! I fixed the issue by resetting the mouse by performing:
  4. I am attempting to remap the 'DPI Up' button to Page Up, and the 'DPI Down' button to Page Down. This works, but it also adjusts the DPI of the mouse. None of the lights are changing, like iCue isnt aware the mouse is changing the DPI. This even happens if I disable the buttons. ICue thinks its disabled, the mouse lights don't change, but the DPI increases. Is this supposed to be happening? How can I stop the 'DPI' buttons from changing the DPI settings?
  5. For what its worth, after my hot air earlier, I decided to purchase an XG7 for my 2080TI. It would appear there have been some design changes to the top gasket, and it feels strong when I try to bend it by hand. In the attached image you can see that the area under the corsair embossed bolt heads is thicker ( ). My picture is of the back of the card, and that video timestamp is of the front. The gasket is symmetrical. I obviously don't know if any other changes have been made, but this is at least indicative of some design revision.
  6. Where was the insult? The one here with a credibility issue is Corsair. Surely they have known about this since IgorLab experienced it. According to Jay they are aware and working on it, but have said nothing 'official' to their users. This is a shame, the whole Hyrdo X line has been well received, but the silence is a concern.
  7. Because I was just about to buy one, having already bought / fitted / enjoyed the rest of the Hydro X / Corsair RGB ecosystem. Just because I've not posted about it anywhere doesn't mean my opinion and concerns for my 2080TI are invalid. Yes. My specs are out of date.
  8. Another user chipping in with a new VOID RGB Elite Wireless with this same issue. If we couldn't fix the piss-poor mic volume ourselves I'd be sending this back. Which is a real shame as it fits nice and sounds good.
  9. This is still an issue! Corsair, what the ***** are you doing?!
  10. [ame=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kC_GVV3FrXw]Designs By IFR has also made a video on this[/ame] Whist he is clearly having fun in this video, he does state it does not take much force at all to cause a leak. Some respondents in this thread sound like they have their head in the sand. Its one thing to try and calm peoples nerves, but its another to bash people doing these 'tests' until Corsair provides any sort of official response. I like Corsair probably more than the average Joe (I have ~15 Corsair components), but lets not be fanboys about this.
  11. Also experiencing this. I noticed it first with audio popping, the hardware interrupts disrupt feeding on-board audio. Have reverted to previous version for now.
