i've made a couple videos showing the issue, allthough, after switching back AGAIN ports the 4 stripes seems to be working, i don't wanna say it too loud though.... BEFORE SWITCHING PORTS (so, how the visor should work) AFTER SWITCHING PORTS (so, what happens when the fans are on the led stripes port)

the link i have on my PC is set as this: 3 fans to the first port of the LNP 4x LED stripes to the second port of the LNP H100i RGB platinum connected normally 4x RAM slotted. the color settings are: 3 fans + H100i + 4x RAM = VISOR single RED color moving 4x LED stripes set to plain red cause i use them as "light" BEFORE swtiching LNP ports: the visor works perfectly the 4 stipes should stay plain red but 2 of them or some leds don't. i'll try to switch pors on the LNP 🙂 didn't actually think to try out! i'll let you know soon 🙂

hi all! as the title say i'm experiencing weird color changes for no reasons on my led stripes bought with the "RGB led lighting node pro (4 led stripes pack)"... everything worked fine the first months i had this package, but after a couple icue version something weird happens, my 4 led stripes are set to RED, connected to the right spot of the commander and all the connections are at the right place of my motherboard, sometimes at random half of my led stripes turn off OR changes colors like 1 led of the "last" stripe pink the rest of it cyan, the second stripe cyan and the other 2 red as it should be, if in icue i try to turn off the color of color of the stripes just the 2 stripes that are actually red turns off and the other 2 stays the wrong colors, after some seconds sometimes they turn off and when i set then back to red everything works fine untill at randome something happens... like right as i'm writing this post the first 2 led stripes that i mentioned earliear who displayed the wrong color just blinked (turned off and back on), something like 5 minutes earlier they got both cyan with the very first led of the very first stripe green, and it stayed like this for some time before chagning back to the actual red... i don't understand wtf happening to be honest, and that's kind of scary cause i'm not sure if the warrenty is still going on...... trying to catch a video is kind of hard since it happens randomly otherwise i would have done it :(

hi! since i i've updated to icue 3.29.110 sometimes and for no reasons i can understand (something like using Autocad 2021, or browsing an innocent facebook page on the new microsoft edge) the iCUE software crashes and my mouse slips like in oil before i can realize wtf happening... that's weird cause on the previous version of icue i had no crash problems, am i the only one? do i need to reinstall iCUE?

[SUGGESTION] Battery Icon for Wireless Products
y0ur5h4d0w replied to AngryGirl20's topic in iCUE Software
YES, YES, YES PLEASE there's no effin way to understand the % of the battery unless opening iCUE and going into "SETTINGS" then clicking on the void elite wireless icon! that's annoying and uselessly frustrating! plus, that icon can be used to notify about the charging % when the peripheral is attached to the USB cable- 1 reply

Void Elite RGB Wireless WHITE BUG when power off and back on
y0ur5h4d0w replied to y0ur5h4d0w's topic in Audio
reached the support, got an RMA but the problem persists even with the latest iCUE (3.29.110) how can i report a firmware bug? (i know it's about RGB and not actual performance, but it honestly triggers me a lot cause i wanted white on my headset to match my color scheme lol) -
hi, i donno if it's a bug of iCUE or a void elite wireless RGB firmware bug, but when i set the color to WHITE and i restart my void elite RGB wireless headset the WHITE color becomes a cyan-ish colour even though on iCue it's still set as white, here's an explaination video (i've reported as a ticket, and i got RMA but the new void elite still act like this so i'm almost sure the bug is either in the headset firmware or in iCUE) [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMBEqLbGTlg[/ame]

hi! there's a WEIRD bug on the void elite RGB wireless that makes the WHITE color turn kinda blueish when you turn the headset off... how it happens is simple 1. set WHITE from the preset colors as solid color in your void elite RGB wireless. 2. turn OFF the headset. 3. turn it back on. iCUE will still show the color as WHITE but in fact the corsair logo on the headset is blueish even after updating iCUE to the latest version the bug is still present. video explanation here: [ame]https://youtu.be/EMBEqLbGTlg[/ame]

y0ur5h4d0w replied to y0ur5h4d0w's topic in iCUE Software
wonder why i can't set an hardware lighting for the void elite, the vengence RGB tbh... but at least i could make a plain red to the biggest pieces, the ram keep using the visor even if the screen is locked and i don't understand lol other then this everything works fine :D
