  1. you can buy any pwm fan hub with sata power. the pwm 4 pin cable connects to a single pwn fan header on your mobo that sends a signal to your fan hub and tells the fans connected to it what speeds to run based on what is set in the bios.
  2. a corsair employee has stated that they can recreate the issues and seeing as corsair release updates once every month then you have to wait for a new release next month. if your having issues uninstall icue and install the previous version until the update is released :)
  3. so i fixed my own problem. when i updated to the latest icue my audio changed to 48khz. i changed it back to 44.1khz and fixed my issues.
  4. When playing 7 days to die and paladins i get audio cuts and stutter. i narrowed it down to the corsair void pro dongle. when i disable or remove the dongle and have audio through speakers only i get no stuttering or audio cuts but also mean i cant talk to friends on discord without headset. can anyone help with this as i play these 2 games alot?
  5. So i found replacement ear cup pads for my headset and although it looked right it didn't fit right. seller refunded no problem and another set from another company looked a little different and yet still didn't fit the headset. Corsair out of stock and i have no idea what to do as these have torn at the seam and i cant use them for much longer as the foam is half hanging out and causing an oddly tight fit around my ear :(
  6. I noticed the discord sound lag but seeing this i to found it to be icue. thought as did many it was a discord issue. hope this gets fixed soon :)
  7. the corsair service only uses 1% of the cpu whether icue is open or not. I mean the icue.exe in task manager usage below 1% on first boot but after i open icue from taskbar cpu usage for icue.exe stays at 10% until i close icue and reopen.
  8. Since update 3.26 the cpu usage issue had been mostly fixed. However, I have noticed the usage issue return by another means. When icue opens for the first time I can adjust settings and stuff no problem and cpu usage will be at 10% until I minimise and the usage drops to less than 1% :) If for what ever reason I need to open icue again from the taskbar it opens again at 10% usage as expected. This time when I minimise the usage remains at 10% until I close and reload icue as if for the first time in which usage drops to less than 1% until I need to open icue again. This is a mild inconvenience at most but shouldn't have to open a close icue to reduce cpu usage.
  9. any luck with the installation of the cables?
  10. glad you fixed your issue :)
  11. The cables should be labelled. So pcie cables are for your gpu and eps/cpu for your cpu and atx the large 24-28 pin cable for the motherboard. pcie cables plug the part of the cable that has pcie on into your gpu and the other end into the pci connectors on your psu. eps/cpu cable into the connectors near the vrm (usually top right of motherboard) and other end into the cpu connector on psu. Finally the 24 pin connector into the large connector by the ram slots and other end into the 24 pin atx connector on the psu. if you need anymore help just PM me :)
  12. I was going to say the best thing to do is save the file when downloading not run and right click properties and unblock the file :)
  13. when you uninstall icue, look in program files, program files x86, your user name/app data/local and roaming and delete all corsair/icue folders then reinstall
  14. Sorry for late reply. Distilled water and connect some soft tubing to fill up the block and half the tubing and put your thumbs over the ends and shake. This worked very well for me but you may need to take the parts together if residue is still visible and use a soft bristle toothbrush :)
