  1. Lol, never mind I just figured it out. There were 2 entries in windows startup apps, I just unticked one of them!
  2. When windows starts, icue just opens and I have to minimse it everytime. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling (and deleted all settings which is anoying to set up again), but still no change. Is there a way round this? I have seen somewhere that you can create a task schedule instead? I have the latest update on Windows 11 Pro and the latest icue.
  3. That is right, icue 3x wont detect newer firmware of the mouse. You have to force firmware 1.15 update by using icue 4x. Then using icue 3.38 update the firmware. I am still using it to this day and ignoring any updates with no problems.
  4. I have this mouse and the solution to your problem is firmware version 1.18.124. I had Corsair send me an old firmware 1.15 (which has a double clicking problem. I wish Corsair would just send me 1.18!). Install icue 3.38 on a different pc or laptop. The reason I say a different PC is so you don't have the trouble of uninstalling the latest and messing around putting it back. Plug in your mouse and dongle and usb cable and update the firmware to 1.18.124. Put it all back into your pc and you will never see a problem again. Don't ever update the firmware again after that! You are welcome. Download old firmware 1.15: HERE Download icue 3.38: HERE
  5. Almost a year later and still the same problem with the latest versions. Every time there is a new update I give it a go and it loses profile again. I have to keep reverting back to an older firmware. Has anyone found a fix or do I need a new mouse?
  6. Corsair can you please provide a link to the previous firmware file without having to change icue version. I think it would be very helpful to provide a page with all the previous firmware files for your devices.
  7. I have messed around a lot with audio settings and put them all back again and now I cant notice any noise but now the equalizer does nothing in icue? And sometimes i hear a little crackle. Can someone please send me a link to the firmware file so i can force an update, it is greyed out in icue.
  8. Damn you are right it happened to me again. And Icue shows a red power icon at the top right of the mouse as if it is off. Have to restart icue to bring back profile. Anyone else got ideas?
  9. I also uninstalled all MSI software like Dragon Center, so maybe get rid of any software and services for your motherboard which may be trying to sync.
  10. Hi, I have the same problem. High pitched tone but only in wireless and usb and not in audio jack. I tried it in another computer, it doesnt even matter if my pc is switched off it will make the high pitch tone simply by turning it on. So I think it is the battery or something.
  11. I may have found a fix! Go to C:\Program Files\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE 4 Software\plugins and delete everything in that folder. If you you can't delete something it is because it is in use by icue service. Use a program called lock hunter to help you remove them https://lockhunter.com/download.htm Once everything in plugins folder has been removed, restart your pc and you should be good to go. I have an MSI motherboard and the MSI plugin was being used.
  12. Actually the problem is slightly different this time. Icue is showing my mouse as off, but when i restart icue it connects again and works with my settings. Really anoying. Nothing but trouble with Corsair products.
  13. Since the new update my Wireless Ironclaw mouse has gone back to the old problem where it loses my profile custom buttons, and so I have to turn it off and on or restart icue. It was working great for ages and now this is happening again. Please fix it!
  14. Good news, after a week or so of using the latest versions: Dongle Firmware v.1.11.52 Mouse Firmware v.1.15.105 iCue v.3.28.70 I have had no problems at all.
