Thanks sir. It seems the auto detect was failing after. I had run the wizard a couple of times after but I didn't do it manually. Once I ran manual detection and selected the fan type it picked them right up.

This evening I updated to 5.12.97 and iCUE isnt detecting two of my stock case fan LEDs. It detects in port 1 and 4. The fans are spinning and ramp up if I change the perf profile with no issues. I have a 7000x with the corsair commander that comes with the case. Nothing special. I also cant find the older versions on the download site to roll back and test. One thing seems to go haywire every time I update the software. Any help here would be appreciated. -Amir

Aaaand this one is resolved too. Had to pick the 8led option manually for each fan port. Auto detect was broken.

Hey everyone. I got a 7000x case that has 4 ML series fans in it OOB. It appears that all 4 of the fans have a small dead spot, all in the same location The rear fan has the exact same dead spot in the exact same place. Its a lot harder to see in the picture, but each has an obvious dead space. Could this be a glitch with the ICUE software or am I possibly doing something wrong in the ICUE config?

Yeah, just figured this out for myself. I just realized there was a v4 of ICUE. Now I see the commander but some of the fans cant be seen. Gonna reconnect them and see if I can get em to read 🙂

Hey everyone. Just got my 7000x case with the Commander Core XT pre-mounted. I have plugged it into two separate USB headers (both tested and working fine) and the software will not pick up the commander so I am unable to control my fans (speed or lighting). My H115i is detected without issues and I can adjust as needed. Prior to getting this case I had a regular commander pro (no RGB control) and it was detected and configurable without any issues. Thanks in advance for the support and ideas.

Yeah, I reloaded the profile a few times. Using the updated CUE and USB 3.0

Just downloaded the K95 and loaded Rainbow Random. It runs for 2 seconds, then the whole keyboard goes black, then starts lights again. Also, Knight Rider is showing a "Wrong File Type" error while trying to load it. Thanks for your work on these. Most of them look and work great!
