  1. Pressing Mute button on keyboard will mute all audio as expected, but pressing it again and audio does not come back. The X on the volume icon is removed, and I can change volume with the roller, but no audio.. The only fix is to go into sound settings, change to a different default device, then change default device back to my actual playback device.
  2. Original case # 2005334650 Follow up case # 2005408534 **Original Case:** My original keyboard from 1 year ago started having flickering LEDs and the white color was showing pink in about 10 keys. They RMA'd it, and it took over 33 days to finally send my replacement via CROSSSHIPPING. I got the replacement in, installed it, and it was in worse condition. ALl pink keys when set to static white, and some LEDs not working on the top row. So I told them, and they opened a follow up case to send me a "new" keyboard, or at least that is what I was told. I sent my original back (Keyboard #1) when I received Keyboard #2, to get me $200 cross shipping money back. **Picture of Keyboard #2 all pink keys when set to static white:** https://i.imgur.com/Ovq7NfJ.jpg **Picture of Keyboard #2 some LEDs not lighting up:** https://i.imgur.com/xBWhJfD.jpg https://i.imgur.com/FWd0wUx.jpg **Follow up case:** I got the "new" keyboard in (Keyboard #3), and have not used it yet due to work constraints and no time at home.. so today I sent Keyboard #2 back and get home to plug up Keyboard #3. I plug it in, and the top row/bar of LEDs is not working, at all.. I tried a factory reset on the keyboard, I tried forcing a firmware update.. but nothing.. no response.. the entire keyboard is set to Rainbow Wave.. but the top row LEDs are all OUT, NOT ON... except for the far right LED, which is lit up RED. I cannot change it, none of the top bar works at all.. I am so incredibly disappointed!!!! What a PAIN to deal with.. the support response has been decent, but you keep sending me dysfunctional products. I do not believe Keyboard #3 is brand new, like Corsair said it would be.. there is no way... I think I am done unless you can finally, once and for all, make this right somehow... **Picture of Keyboard #3 red LED on top row/bar.** https://i.imgur.com/Syu8Nn0.jpg
  3. Did this ever get resolved for you? I have the same problem, they sent me a replacement keyboard, and the replacement keyboard is far worse than the one I originally started the RMA for.. took them 33 days to send me a replacement over Advanced RMA where I paid $200 for it.. and they sent me a keyboard that is in worse shape... smh
  4. Finally a whole 30 days later I received my RMA keyboard.. but this board has red coming through nearly every single key, even though in iCue it is set to 255/255/255.. all white. It's still showing pink keys. There is also seeming to be some LEDs completely out in the bar across the top... WTH? RMA Request # 2005334650 I paid for Advanced RMA as well, so Corsair has $400 of my money, and sent me a busted replacement keyboard to fix my original keyboard.
  5. It is less than a year old, however, outside of the retail return period. Thanks for the tip but it did not resolve completely. It seems that made it stop flickering on 3 or 4 of the keys. But a few keys that were flickering before are still flickering. Also, the colors are still off. Example, if I switch to static white, about 8 or 9 of the keys are pink. I assume Corsair does not cross ship?
  6. Several keys not working, won't change to correct colors, constantly flickering rapidly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCUE software. I tried checking for firmware and software updates. I tried "resetting" the keyboard by holding ESC for 15+ seconds while plugging it in. The only thing that makes the keys stop flashing is setting a static color, and that color has to be full blue.. 0/0/255 or 0000FF. Any other color in the full spectrum makes them flash/flicker and discolor. Have a support case submitted for RMA. No response yet.. how long do responses usually take? Just curious if I should go buy a different keyboard for the time being if it's going to be a while, because it's incredibly distracting. Not just for gaming but I work from home.
  7. Updated to iCUE 4 about a month ago, ever since, my mic levels in system kept changing automatically.. Checked my list of apps that have mic permissions in Windows settings, all of them have any of the "auto level" / "auto gain" disabled. I also have "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" disabled. All of the games I play, if they have an auto level, it is disabled. I don't have anything like Skype/WebEx/Zoom installed which are notorious for this even when not in use. I typically set my mic level to 65, and use the knobs on my audio interface to control the level if needed, but I never have to.. until I updated. Ever since then, about a month now, my friends will tell me my voice is clipping/too loud.. I go check my mic level and it's at 95-100... I set it back down to 65 and it's good for the rest of the session.. never changes.. then the maybe a day or two later, it happens again. Looking over Task Manager, and MSCONFIG, I saw something called Corsair Gaming Audio Configuration Service running on my system.. I do have Corsair fans, Corsair keyboard, and lighting node pro, but I do not have any Corsair audio devices.. could this be the culprit though? I disabled it in MSCONFIG and it no longer runs on system startup. My mic levels also have not changed since disabling it... so I want to say this is the problem.. but why is it doing this and why does it have so much control especially if I have no Corsair audio devices?
  8. Guessing this was never resolved? As it is August 2020, and my new build is doing this exact same thing.
