I also got the same problem. I used one colour set to the rgb and I didn't get any problem with losing connection or losing dpi settings etc. I have played more than a week with one colour and got no issue. So it seems to be a problem with using multiple colours.

As promised I would tell if using 1 or more colors affected the appearance of this problem and didn't have any issues while playing for 5-6 hours with only one colour set to the leds on my Ironclaw. I thinkt the problem has to do something with a error or something.

Hello everyone, I got my mouse 2 weeks ago and also got the same problems after the first day. All the possible solutions that I could find on this thread and other threads didn't work for me. I didn't checked if there is any differents when i am using one colour. I will try this today and wil reply again if i noticed any differents.

Yeas, but my question is already answered. Today i received the case from Amazon and it has the shroud cover and a grommet on top of the shroud. I hope this also wil help other people who are looking to build in the Corsair 570x.

Hello everyone, First sorry for my bad English. After a week of searching for the perfect case for my new project that I wanna build. After a while of searching I found the 570x white case. I only have a problem/question. Online you can find two photo's of the 570x one with a grommet assembled to the shroud and shroud cover and some with no grommet and shroud cover. On forums of Corsair I can find some of these threads but they're a bit outdated. So my question is Which 570x cases are equipped with the grommet and shroud cover feature and who not? I hope you guys can help me further to compleet my project.
