I'm stuck on the bitlocker input password screen The K83 is connected via dongle mode, which should be OS agnostic right, When I press any key nothing happens and the password field continues blank. So I can't login. The keystrokes aren't being registered. Had to buy a cheap $10 unbranded Chinese wireless keyboard specifically for the purpose of logging in bitlocker environment which feels very discomforting given that I paid 10 times the price for the K83 So now I have two wireless keyboards, surprisingly the Chinese one allows me to login my computer and the American one doesn't. Please fix?

k83 keyboard not recognized by iCUE if connected via bluetooth or if connected via dongle but the dongle is plugged in a usb hub instead of direct port. please fix at least the usb hub part

for the love of god, please fix the TOUCHPAD SCROLLING bug of K83 keyboard when you swipe up it scrolls up & right going diagonally instead of going straight when you swipe down it scrolls down & left algo going diagonally it's extremely frustrating

is this the proper way to report bugs? k83 keyboard when swiping up it also goes sideways, up goes right and down goes left, it's super annoying, please fix ASAP the log is attached log k83 swipe up and swipe down also triggers swipe sideways.zip

k83 keyboard issue WHEN F-LOCK IS ON: SWAP F-KEY FUNCTIONS Nooooooot working on bluetooth mode. And the setting doesn't save when the device is turned back ON. Please fix

the keyboard k83 doesn't save the configurations in the keyboard after it has been turned off. when it is turned back on, the configurations that were made inside the iCUE aren't effective anymore. Most specifically, "Swap F-Key Functions". Very frustrating. also this should be part of the firmware saving the configs inside the keyboard itself thus eliminating the need for the iCUE to run in the background for such a mundane setting. more often than not, K83 firmware triggers a bug where if you swipe down it also slides right, and if you swipe up it also slides left. It's in the firmware because even if you change computers the bug persists. Happens specially when the keyboard is low on battery, probably has something to do with electric voltage and package data rate being compromised. also the k83 lights go out after 10 seconds, that's fine I understand, but there should be an option to change it to 30 60 120 180 360 seconds, 10 seconds is way too low, everytime I look at the keyboard the lights are off, so the experience is almost the same as having a keyboard that has no lights, so what's the point? this has to be tuned or at least tunable, right now the UX is terrible. ps: there's no option to remap the k83's joystick click action
