  1. I'm on my fourth or fifth mouse at this point. The latest one was a refurb that I got on 6/10. All seemed to be going alright until about Saturday, I noticed that it seemed to miss-click. I chocked it up as to me being overly sensitive, but tonight, I really sat down and started using it and Illuminati has been confirmed, same damn issue. I think I'm going to just try for a refund at this point because this is not a device I want to keep using.
  2. I received my second RMA'd mouse back in January, I think. I'm on my third one since June 2019. Here I am, three months later, same problem. Sad to say the switches in these are just not up to snuff. The thing feels great, but I get an exceedingly longer lifespan(years) out of a cheap mouse in comparison. Three to four months is as long as each of these has lasted. I'm hoping they will have a revised model this time, with better switches as I don't really want to keep having to RMA it.
  3. My Strafe keyboard lost its mind a few months ago. It started spamming buttons that weren't being pressed (even sent a few things to the recycle bin for me). Disconnected it and reconnected it and the system stopped detecting it at all. It wouldn't even light up. I was able to fix it by going through the steps to do a hard reset, minus the part about replacing the file when it shows up as a storage device, since the support team didn't seemingly want to just send it out right away for some reason. Once I plugged it back in after the pseudo hard reset, the system detected it and I was able to quickly force a firmware update on it with CUE. So far, so good...
  4. Thanks, Nick. I have submitted a ticket on 8/13. Based on the automated reply, I can expect a response of some sort within three to four business days. Should I not receive any correspondence within that time frame, I will gladly take you up on your offer. Thanks for following up. </threadjack>
  5. Have they followed up with you on this? I'm experiencing the same issue with mine. My last encounter with support was a bit lackluster as it took nearly two months to get what I asked for on day one, but I'm hopeful I will have a better experience this time.
  6. I got m65 elite in June and just opened a ticket with support on it yesterday for this exact reason. The issue is very reminiscent of one I experienced using a standard mouse for years(and years). The button simply wore out and required extra effort to get it to register the click. This one is now behaving almost identically to the standard mouse that I wore out. Cleared the device storage. Forced a fresh firmware install. Performed a soft reset. Seems like a mechanical issue to me, but what do I know?
