Thank you! I lost all of my scenes as well and wanted the "brighter" rainbow wave. I couldn't find it either. The new murals are cool, but they are a bit "muted" on my system, looking too pastel and soft.

After some further use, I can say that regardless of iCue running or not, the keyboard repeats keys. I have retried resetting it, clearing memory, 4 versions of iCue going back to December 2021, tried it with and without iCue, different USB ports...everything. Go on Amazon and look at the 1 star reviews. Tons of people complaining about repeating letters since 2019. Not looking good. If you saw how many corrections I have had to do on these posts because of this, you'd flip. Stay clear of this one.

I take it back, problem has resurfaced. sigh. Still, iCue related...

New update. Setting keyboard polling rate rom 1,000 to 500 hz fixed it.

Hi all, I know it's been a while but I have kind of isolated it, but not fixed it. I don't believe it's a keyboard hardware issue. It's related to iCue running. When I close it, the problem goes away. If I restart iCue, it seems ok, for a while, then reverts. So, it's something hosing up iCue, I am running the latest version.

Not sure what to do now. It's still doing it after I carefully removed the key, cleaned it, used an air duster, etc.

I'll try it, but this keyboard is like a month old and is clean.

I'm having an issue with my K70 RGB MK.2 LP (low profile). I can verify that the "a" key sometimes repeats. The settings for repeat have been lowered in Windows 10. There might be other keys, but if I type fast, or just randomly, I'll get multiple "a" 's, if I type "a". Like the name "adam", will come out as "aaadam" or "adaam". Any ideas? There are no new firmware downloads in iCue. It's plugged into my motherboard, not a USB hub. Thanks

In iQue 4.x.x, my Void Elite Wireless headset says "Charging" when plugged in on the Home or Device Settings screen. However, I can't see how far along it is without unplugging it and seeing what the percent is. Can we get a current % WHILE it's charging?

I have this issue where iCue 4 doesn't always startup properly after a reboot. Another reboot fixes it. What happens is my keyboard lighting doesn't activate and I can't open the application by clicking the icon. It does nothing. I can't right click it either. It seems my mouse profile is loaded, but my animated keyboard lighting doesn't run. It's just all black or "off". My keyboard is a Strafe RGB. All of my devices are supported in iCue 4, but should I use iCue 3? I want the application with the smallest footprint, but it seems 4 is large as well.

When creating a scene, how do I set RGB or Hex values for colors? All I see is a slider. Is there or will there be an option for this?

I downloaded an update today, what were the changes? Also, is this just a UI revamp or is it supposed to be lighter? Are there any comparisons to the older version with regards to memory and CPU usage? Thanks

I shouldn't speak too soon, but this is really nice. I like it and all of my devices are visible. I am not having any issues and it seems more lightweight, but I have not compared memory and CPU usage.

Hi Corsair, I have this setup and one of my radiator fans has gotten really loud. I have figured this out by playing with the iCue fan settings. The other fan and pump are still quiet. I haven't even had this for 1 year yet. :( I want to order a new fan, but I want to make sure I get the correct one. If there is a better version of this exact fan that is compatible, that would be fine, too. I have found this item name, but not sure if it's correct: ML PRO RGB Series PWM 120mm Please advise. I have a Void Pro USB and I am having the same problem with the latest iCue. If I remove iCue, it works fine. To be fair, I have had similar issues with previous versions of iCue with this headset. This is what I did to fix it: 1. I uninstalled the latest iCue and checked the box to remove saved profiles. Rebooted. 2. Flipped down mic boom (red LED was stuck on with iCue installed, now it's slowly pulsing red) and pressed the mute button on the headset. The red led turned off. 3. Installed the previous iCue 3.32.80. Rebooted. 4. Reset my RGB color settings. :) 5. The mic works now!
