first make a copy of your registry file as a precaution,if you need help with this,let me know

uninstall the software as according to ramguy
like any software theres always remnants left in the reg file
once you delete corsair and sierra in the registry youll see just how many are left over.

once you backed uip the reg. file,go to your start menu and in the search type ''regedit''
this will open your registry
the two references to be removed are ''corsair and sierra''
from the upper file find box type corsair and the first reference will show up.
now if the corsair is the directory to the left you can delete the dir,but if its another name then leave it and look at the highlighted file to the right and delete that.[it will have corsair or sierra in the highlight]
now go to find next box and repeat till all corsair references are removed
do the same for ''sierra'' also
now there will be alot of ''corsair and sierra'' that will need removal.

once this is all done,do a cold boot waiting 15 seconds before turning the computer on
once in windows,install firmware 2.3.4816.

a few will not uninstall unless you disconnect the usb cables which i would do anyways.
