Best liquid cooling kit under $300

Hi, I'm new here and would like to get some feed back from you geniuses. I'm currently in the process of re-building my system up and would like to know what is the best liquid cooling for under $300. Would prefer a kit that is ready to go, but would listen to all advise and recommendations. The kit will be cooling a i7 965x cpu.
