Sigh.. Need Diagram for TX650

No diagram in manual or on website that I have been able to find but the 3rd box is empty. I already printed the labels to return the whole bare bones kit since it took 2 weeks to get here & I only have 30 days from the retailer, but I really hate to send everything back if that slot is really supposed to be empty. Slots are red, red, empty, black, black, black, green, black, blue, orange. Seems a no brainer to have a diagram in the manual but nope, not included.

I have an empty slot on my connector. I am looking for a diagram to see whether there should be a wire there or not.

That's the line for the -5v connector which was removed from the ATX spec years ago. It's normal for it to be missing.
