kind of confused as to what your saying/showing. Im building a new system with an I7 965 and 2Gx6|CORS TR3X6G1600C8D and this MB. Are there certain settings your saying to use?

He's just listing the timings on the stick itself and how they correspond to the BIOS settings. Each mobo has a slightly different BIOS, and there's often questions as to which one does what. Why they don't all follow a standard naming convention I have no idea.

As a side note: I've never seen a motherboard with timing settings per channel... WTF???
