Default HX620 and 8 pin PCI-E cables

Dear All,

I`m new of this forum!

I`ve got a little problem, i own a corsair hx620 psu and it has only 2x 6pin pci-e connector. I see that new hx620 has also 8pin pci-e power connect. Is there any way to buy a pair of this cable?and where? i live in italy. A new 9800gx2 has just arrived and i can`t use it... without 8pin pci-e.

thanks for your time

I have sent an email also. I have tried multiple times to get this resolved, and have had no return contact.

I also sent a request last wednesday, I live in Sweden so I understand it will maybe take a little longer to get the cable here. Some guy named Joseph wanted my shipping address, so I gave it to him and I havn't heard from him since. I am hoping that the cable is on its way here. It's so frustrating to not be able to start my new computer cause of a missing cable. :(

I would suggest that you contact our customer service at http://www.corsair.com/us/company/contact/ and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email jackflash@corsairmemory.com and see if they can tell you when to expect the cables. Normally it should only take about 2 weeks max, from the time you requested them.

Hi, I have the same problem with both my hx520w and my hx620w, I don't have a 8-pin PCI-E power cable to power my new 9800GX2.

I've sent a email yesterday and waiting for a reply.

Thank you.

Please send an email to ramguy@corsairmemory.com with your original message, along with a link to this thread, and I will see that the request gets to the right place.
