Hello rgbuser,

I'm sorry we do not have the information to provide. I would recommend including the version number so that others with the same can comment on what they have.

Not sure if you ever got your answer, but I would hazard that it isn't. From my understanding, a "C" revision is not Samsung B-die, but a "K" revision is.

Please don't take as gospel mind.

With reference to Die ultimative HARDWARELUXX Samsung 8Gb B-Die Liste they can be, but with specs like that it is possible to produce them from other ICs as well.

Ver4.31 = Samsung 8Gbit B-Die
