Default SP120 Quiet vs Performance

So Im planning on getting these fans for my rad but I cant really decide which to get. I have asked some people on which one to get, some have said to get the quiet ones and others have said to get the performance ones. Should I get the Performance and just turn down the rpm or just get the quiet and not touch anything with my motherboard.

Thanks.

What about the af fans. Should I get 140 quiet or performance for the front and back. Case is Air 540. I would get 3 120 for the front but the mobo only has 3x4pins fan.

Hey I have I more question. This is what Im planning on doing with my cooling.

Back case fan. AF140 Quiet
RAD 4 SP120 High Performance
Front 2 AF140's Quiet or 3 AF120's Quiet, What is the better option? 2 140 or 3 120?

Going for less noise, looks and good airflow.

as a rule 140 mm fans put out less noise and still have good airflow...

For Radiators it's not about airflow but static pressure - 120mm fans give more static pressure than 140mm ones.
