Default Accelerator SW server error

When trying to download the Dataplex(tm) software from:
http://www.corsair.com/accelerator-software

I get a long delay and finally:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'String could not be parsed as XML' in /home/nvelo/nvelo.com/dataplex-download/download_lookup.php:14 Stack trace: #0 /home/nvelo/nvelo.com/dataplex-download/download_lookup.php(14): SimpleXMLElement->__construct('') #1 /home/nvelo/nvelo.com/dataplex-download/download_index.php(85): include('/home/nvelo/nve...') #2 /home/nvelo/nvelo.com/dataplex-download/corsair/index.php(6): include('/home/nvelo/nve...') #3 {main} thrown in /home/nvelo/nvelo.com/dataplex-download/download_lookup.php on line 14

I have tried Chrome, Firefox and IE. Same response.

It is hard to say but that would have been about 4-5 AM in the morning and they often times do updates at that time. So its possible it was just bad timing sorry!
