I am sorry but turn the system off and un-plug the USB connector on the MB that connect to the Link Commander for about 5 min then plug it back in and turn it on. And see if that will correct that.
If not I would suggest we do an RMA on link cooling node. In the steps you have to update the cooling node before you do the software update and I do not have any information on what can happen if you do what you did. But please try that and lets see if it starts working properly.

My bad. Once I updated the firmware, it deleted my profile. Which is why it didn't go down in speed. I re-created the profile, and it's all good now. Thanks for the help.
One more thing. I will be doing a custom watercooling loop soon... And I want to have temp sensors in the loop. Will normal 2 pin temp sensors work with the link, or do ONLY the corsair supplied temp probes work with it?
BTW, roughly how long should it take until Corsair contacts me about the H100?

Haven't heard a peep yet. Should I expect an email, or a phone call?

I got the replacement H100 yesterday, and I will be putting it in some time today... The new puppy is keeping me busy ;)
I should have it all ready to send the broken one back on Monday.

How on earth did I get another broken H100? This one makes a buzzing noise... Do I just need to cut my losses and buy ear plugs?
EDIT: Never mind... It seems to be the Corsair Link bugging out on me. I will try to sort it out as best as I can...

Were you able to isolate the noise? and see if its coming from the cooler or somewhere else?

Yeah. The cooler is absolutely silent when I run it only (hooked up to an external PSU with the computer off). The sound problem is the Corsair Link, with my SP120 fans. It like pulsates the fans, like PWM... But they are not even PWM fans.

This is so weird... The Corsair Link Commander said it has 0.0.0 firmware or something like that... And the Cooling Node got reset to 1.2.5... I don't know what would have caused it to reset itself like that. I updated the Commander firmware, and now I guess I get to re-do the 1.2.7 for the Cooling Node.

:/ The fans are slightly loud, but it's nothing that really bothers me. Everything should be fine. I will package up the broken H100, and send it in tomorrow (Wednesday) with the shipping label I was emailed.
