Yeah, sorry about that. I don't like to answer calls from numbers I don't know. That is really cool that Ram Guy himself called to make sure every thing is taken care of! I will schedule an advanced RMA ASAP.

Okay. I have a question that isn't really related to this, but I need to know... It will probably sound very noob-ish. But I can't figure it out... How the heck do I apply my saved changes on the Corsair Link software? I can't find it anywhere.

Even when I do that, the fan speed stays the same... I don't know what's up. I though the Corsair Link can control the SP120 fans...

But to be clear; our SP/AP Fans will work fine with our Corsair Link Fan controller; they may not work with our H-Series coolers, we would suggest using the fans made for our H series coolers for best compatibility.

We are working on the next release of firmware and software for our corsair Link which looks to fix a lot of the issues that have been reported. And I am sorry I cant say more than that at this time but as soon as it is available I will let you all know.

Please check your firmware and software version on the Corsair Link and on the cooling node.
And if you open the RPM device setup on one of these fans will it let you manually control the fan?

I downloaded 1.2.7 from the Corsair site, and the firmware is up to date according to the Device Manager thing within the software.

Please post the firmware version of the cooling node it should be 1.2.5 if memory serves me. There was a firmware update that you needed to run when you installed the 1.2.7 Update.

It is 1.1.12, but it says "Up-to-date". Where would I go about getting the newest firmware?

Okay, I've updated to 1.2.5... And it's still running at full speed, and the Corsair Link utility froze.
