Guess it is "a mix of mostly water, Propylene Glycol, and then trace amounts of anti-corrosives and biocides", so what is the safe below zero value (in C degrees) ? It isn't going to freeze right at 32F/0C, but long cold nights in the back of a truck at -15C would be somewhat concerning. If you are going through a serious cold snap and are unsure of the delivery methods employed, it might be better to wait for a warmer week.
