AX1200i, RAM not recognized by icue

I posted a while back, was asked to upload logs, and never heard back again

from anyone. I though I'd try again to see if there is a fix.

I am running Windows 10 fast ring, but the problems have persisted

with every build since before 1803. I was told that corsair link is the

interface to icue for my memory and power supply (Vengeance RGB,

2x16 3200). When icue is installed and corsair link is running, the

memory and power supply are listed in link and show as being

controlled by icue. In icue, however, only my keyboard and mouse pad

show up. Memory and power supply are nowhere to be found.

Both icue and link are the latest versions. Before 1803, the memory was

there, but it hasn't shown up in quite a while. Both have been reinstalled

several times. Any thoughts?

I will try to help the best I can, but I own neither of the products you own that are in question. I would try only using iCUE and uninstall Link.

Are you running RGB Fusion with your Gigabyte MB? Some people report that Fusion takes over control of the RAM, at least in advance modes.

Another thought is if you did any cable management the USB connection for the PSU might have come undone. I would check that.

Thanks for the try. When I was running the beta software, you HAD to have link

loaded for it to work. Besides, I have a commander mini that is not supported by icue. Link clearly shows the ram and power supply headers, and states underneath that it is being controlled by icue (but they don't show up).

Therefore, the AX1200i must be connected.

Last, my fusion software dosen't show my ram at all (grayed out). Probably

because link shows icue has it, but who knows? That's why the post.

Thanks for the effort.
